At BRAVETOPIX, we are committed to providing a seamless and secure shopping experience. Our Sales Policy outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing our premium watches.

1. Pricing & Payment

1.1 Product Pricing

  • All product prices are displayed in USD ($).
  • Prices include the cost of the product but exclude shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties (if applicable).
  • BRAVETOPIX reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, but any changes will not affect confirmed orders.

1.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
PayPal (Secure online transactions)
Apple Pay / Google Pay (For fast mobile payments)
Shop Pay / Other Secure Payment Gateways

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through our trusted payment providers.

2. Order Process & Confirmation

2.1 Placing an Order

  • Orders must be placed through our official website: BRAVETOPIX.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed.

2.2 Order Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  • If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder or contact contact@bravetopix.xyz.

3. Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Limited-time sales and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placement for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
  • To request a cancellation, email contact@bravetopix.xyz with your order details.

5. Product Availability & Out-of-Stock Items

  • We strive to keep all items in stock, but in rare cases, an item may become unavailable after purchase.
  • If your order includes an out-of-stock item, we will notify you immediately and offer:
    ✅ A full refund
    ✅ A replacement with a similar item
    ✅ A delayed shipment option (if restocking soon)

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is inspected.

8. Warranty & Repairs

  • All BRAVETOPIX watches come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
  • The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
