Refund and Returns Policy

At BRAVETOPIX, we are committed to providing high-quality watches and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please review our policy below for eligibility and instructions.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • The return is requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item is not a final sale, custom-made, or engraved product (non-returnable).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email us at contact@bravetopix.xyz with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization – We will review your request and provide a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item – Send the item back in its original condition with a tracking number for security. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If the return is denied due to damage or missing parts, we will notify you.

4. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or engraved products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order might already be in processing or shipping.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@bravetopix.xyz with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. If the issue persists, email us at contact@bravetopix.xyz, and we will assist you.
