1. Shipping Destinations

We offer worldwide shipping, including:

  • United States (Domestic shipping)
  • International destinations (Europe, Asia, Australia, Canada, and more)

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or engraved items may require additional processing time.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Time & Cost

📦 Domestic (United States)

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free for orders over $50, otherwise $5.99.
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $14.99.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Standard International (7-14 business days): $19.99.
  • Express International (5-10 business days): $29.99.

Note: Shipping times may vary based on location, customs processing, and courier delays.

4. Tracking & Order Updates

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your shipment on our website or through the courier’s tracking page.
  • If you do not receive a tracking update within 5 business days, contact us at contact@bravetopix.xyz.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country.
  • We are not liable for delays due to customs clearance.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • BRAVETOPIX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
  • If your package is missing, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

7. Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • If delivery is delayed due to weather, customs, or carrier issues, we will notify you via email.
  • If a package is returned to sender due to incorrect shipping information, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

8. Changes to Your Order

  • If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once an order has been processed, changes may not be possible.
